Work Experience
Janakiram worked at world-class product companies including Microsoft Corporation, Amazon Web Services, and Bell Labs. His last role was with Amazon Web Services as the Technology Evangelist where he joined them as the first employee in India.
He has worked as a senior analyst with Gigaom Research analyst network where he analyzed the cloud services landscape.
Prior to that, Janakiram spent over a decade at Microsoft Corporation where he was involved in selling, marketing and evangelizing Azure and Microsoft Application Platform and Tools. At the time of leaving Microsoft, he was a Cloud Architect focused on Microsoft Azure.
